Rapt Supports is a specialist service operating from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane. Our focus is assisting people living with disability to increase independence through achieving their employment and community participation goals.
We possess over 20 years’ experience in supporting people to find employment throughout South East Queensland. The past 8 years specifically, we have worked with participants living with disability to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
For school leavers, and those nearly finished their schooling, we can help you identify your employment goals and transition to post-school options.
